Returns and Refunds

We hope you like your order but if for any reason you have changed your mind, we provide  a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of your order, which means you have14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  We will not refund any clothing that has been washed.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at admin@mountainsounds.co.ukWe will then provide details of how to return the item.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns must be received by Mountain Sounds within 14 days of your notification request to return your items.  Please include your details in the return package.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that Mountain Sounds cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided Return Address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage or issues should be reported within 2 days of delivery by emailing admin@mountainsounds.co.uk

Exchanges

Please note that if the incorrect garment size is ordered a refund will be issued upon its return, and a new order will need to be placed for the correct size.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This is out of our control. 

We will refund the cost of standard delivery.  If you paid for a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@mountainsounds.co.uk.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
