Turn the T-shirt inside out before placing in the machine and wash similar colours together. Washing at 30 is to preserve the print and is gentler on the cotton fabric. It is also much better for the environment as it uses less energy.

I hate ironing and do all I can to avoid it, but if you do want to iron your T-shirt, turn it inside out first, so as not to iron directly on the printed side and then iron on a cool heat.

To protect the printed image and the cotton t-shirt do not put this product in a tumble dryer. Hang it out in the fresh air and let the sun, if we have any, and the wind dry this product.

Should be pretty obvious, you should avoid using bleach on this product as it may cause discolouration of the T-shirt and the printed design.

It's only a t-shirt, so washing should do. Dry cleaning solvents may damage the printed design.
